If you’re bringing a second dog to share the same cabin, the cost includes the price of your chosen cabin for the first dog, plus $30 per night for the additional dog. To qualify for this rate, the dogs must be from the same household and stay in the same cabin. When booking through your Gingr account: Book the desired cabin under your first dog. Drop-off: 7am-10am Pick-up: 7am-10am If you’re unable to pick up your pup by 10:00 am on the last day of their sleepover, no problem. You can add a day of daycare at our regular daycare rate. With this option, pick-up is anytime between 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

Yes! All dogs that join our program must first pass a half-day assessment, whether it is for day camp or sleepovers. This is because your pup will be a part of day camp during their stay. We are looking at their separation anxiety, listening skills and socialization skills. This will allow us to see if they're a good fit for our program.

No worries at all! If you can’t make it by 10 AM, your pup can stay and enjoy a full day of fun by booking daycare for their pick-up day. Here’s how it works: To book daycare for the final day, simply select a 9:30 AM pick-up time when booking the sleepover and a 10 AM drop-off time for daycare. Either a package credit will be used, or you’ll be charged for a full day of day camp This ensures Gingr allows the daycare to be added on the final day. If you have any questions or need help with booking, let us know—we’re happy to assist!

Things to bring to make your pup's stay as comfortable as possible: Food: Pack more food than you think your pup will need—camp activities can increase their appetite! It’s always better to have extra on hand to keep them well-fed and happy. Bed or Blanket: Bring a familiar bed or blanket to provide comfort and a sense of home during their stay. Medications: If your dog requires medication, ensure you provide clear instructions and all necessary medications.

To keep things running smoothly (and avoid any mix-ups), please portion your dog’s meals ahead of time and label each container or bag with your dog’s name and when the meal should be served (AM, PM, etc.). If meals are not portioned out or if a scoop isn't provided, we measure meals in cups, not by weight, so please provide instructions accordingly. If your dog eats fresh or raw food, make sure it’s properly sealed. Please do not send large bags of kibble or unlabeled containers.

If additional food is needed during your dog’s stay, we encourage having a friend or family member drop some off, or arranging a delivery service. If that’s not possible, we will arrange to purchase more to maintain their regular diet. The cost of the food, along with a $20 food pickup service fee, will be added to your invoice. We recommend you pack more food than you think your pup will need, camp activities can increase their appetite! It’s always best to send extra to keep them well-fed and happy.

Our overnight campers follow a structured routine to help them feel settled and secure. While we’re happy to accommodate most feeding preferences, we’re not able to offer customized feeding times outside of the following windows: Morning: 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM Midday: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM Evening: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

To secure your pup’s spot, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit covers the total number of nights for the sleepover (before tax). Cancellation Policy Regular Times • 72+ hours’ notice: Full refund • Within 72 hours: Deposit converts to store credit • Same-day cancellations: No credit Peak Times (such as Christmas, New Year’s, and other high-demand holidays) • 2+ weeks’ notice: Full refund • Within 2 weeks: Deposit converts to store credit • Same-day cancellations: No credit Peak-time policies allow us to offer limited spaces to families on our waiting list.
