Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where dogs can play, explore, and have fun! To make that possible, we ask everyone to follow these simple but important rules.

1. Supervise Your Dog

Your dog is your responsibility throughout your visit. Please stay attentive, keep your dog within sight, and be ready to step in whenever necessary.

2. Respect Other Dogs

Not every dog plays the same way! Please respect other dogs' boundaries and intervene if your dog becomes overly excited, persistent, or uncomfortable.

Rough, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour will not be permitted.​

3. Clean Up After Your Dog

Nobody likes a surprise under their shoe! Please pick up after your dog promptly and dispose of waste in the designated bins.

4. Health & Vaccinations

All dogs must be healthy and up to date on their required Rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella vaccinations.

Dogs showing signs of illness must stay home until they're well.

5. Children & Guests

All visitors must be at least 16 years old. Visitors aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Only approved visitors and their registered dogs may enter the park. All dogs must be included in the reservation before attending.

6. Follow Staff Directions

Our team is here to help keep everyone safe. Visitors must follow all instructions provided by Club Shake-A-Paw staff.

We reserve the right to end a visit or revoke park access if a dog or owner does not follow our rules or presents a safety concern.

7. Intact Male Dogs

For the safety and comfort of all dogs, intact (unneutered) male dogs are not permitted in the park.

8. Photos & Videos

We love seeing dogs having fun! However, taking photos or recording videos at Club Shake-A-Paw is only permitted with prior approval from our staff. This helps protect the privacy of our members and their dogs.

9. Wet Weather & Ground Conditions

To help preserve our natural grass areas for both our daycare and park guests, access to grassy areas may be restricted during or following wet weather.

When ground conditions are too wet, dogs and visitors must remain within the designated turf pens. Our staff will determine when the grass areas can safely reopen.

These rules are non-negotiable and apply to everyone, every visit.

​

Club Shake-A-Paw may update park rules as needed to maintain a safe environment. Visitors are responsible for following the current rules and will be notified of significant changes.
