BOOK AN ASSESSMENT
In order to be admitted into our Day Camp Program, pups must first pass a Day Camp Assessment.
PLEASE READ AND COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS THOROUGHLY.
CREATE AN ACCOUNT
STEP TWO
SET UP ACCOUNT
On your Gingr account you will need to complete the following:
UPLOAD VACCINATION RECORDS
Under 'Account' > 'Upload Records'. Allow 1-2 business days for us to input the uploaded records. A reminder that all dogs will need to have current Rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella immunizations.
STEP THREE
NOW WAIT
Camp Shake-A-Paw will be in touch about the next steps once all the necessary information has been verified!
