To keep things running smoothly (and avoid any mix-ups), please portion your dog’s meals ahead of time and label each container or bag with your dog’s name and when the meal should be served (AM, PM, etc.). If meals are not portioned out or if a scoop isn't provided, we measure meals in cups, not by weight, so please provide instructions accordingly.
If your dog eats fresh or raw food, make sure it’s properly sealed. Please do not send large bags of kibble or unlabeled containers.
